  • May 15, 2020 · Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) extends unemployment benefits for up to 13 weeks after your benefits are exhausted. If you collect state or federal unemployment compensation (UC or PUA) and are still unemployed after your benefits run out, you can receive PEUC.
